They may also provide payment services under Article 1, Paragraph 1, Letter b) of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bancaditalia.it\/dotAsset\/f1207a16-f3da-46dd-a8e4-ea88ac73bb41.pdf\">Legislative Decree 11\/2010<\/a>.
