SEFIN provides a specific solution<\/strong> for financial intermediaries\u00a0for financial\u00a0intermediaries\u00a0listed in the relevant register\u00a0(Article 106 Legislative Decree 385\/1993)<\/a>, that NOW are obliged to produce the\u00a0ICAAP Report<\/strong><\/p>\n

Basel 2 requires compulsory production of the documentation for the ICAAP Report (Pillar 2) and of that for Public Disclosure (Pillar 3 – Market Regulation).<\/p>\n
