{"id":16824,"date":"2021-04-23T16:35:43","date_gmt":"2021-04-23T14:35:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ebi.sefin.it\/?p=16824"},"modified":"2021-05-03T15:20:51","modified_gmt":"2021-05-03T13:20:51","slug":"abusive-financial-services-consob-blacks-out-5-abusive-website","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ebi.sefin.it\/en\/en-news\/abusive-financial-services-consob-blacks-out-5-abusive-website\/","title":{"rendered":"Abusive financial services: Consob blacks out 5 abusive website"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-16814\" src=\"https:\/\/ebi.sefin.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Consob_oscuramento-siti-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"411\" height=\"274\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ebi.sefin.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Consob_oscuramento-siti-scaled.jpg 2560w, https:\/\/ebi.sefin.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Consob_oscuramento-siti-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ebi.sefin.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Consob_oscuramento-siti-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/ebi.sefin.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Consob_oscuramento-siti-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/ebi.sefin.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Consob_oscuramento-siti-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/ebi.sefin.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Consob_oscuramento-siti-2048x1365.jpg 2048w, https:\/\/ebi.sefin.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Consob_oscuramento-siti-640x427.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 411px) 100vw, 411px\" \/>Consob has ordered the blackout of\u00a0<strong>5\u00a0new\u00a0<\/strong><strong>websites <\/strong>that abusively offer financial services.<\/p>\n<p>The Authority availed itself of the powers deriving from the &#8220;Growth Decree&#8221; (Law no. 58 of 28 June 2019, Article no. 36, paragraph 2-<em>terdecies<\/em>), on the basis of which Consob can order\u00a0<em>Internet\u00a0<\/em>connectivity service providers to inhibit access from Italy to the websites through which financial services are offered without due authorization.<\/p>\n<p>Below are the websites Consob has ordered to be blacked out:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>&#8220;Italiano Invest&#8221; <\/strong>(<em>website<\/em>\u00a0www.italianoinvest.net and related page secure.italianoinvest.net);<\/li>\n<li><strong>&#8220;EZ2GO Ltd&#8221; <\/strong>(<em>website\u00a0<\/em>www.capitalfx.co and related page client.capital.co);<\/li>\n<li><strong>&#8220;Ozava Partners LTD&#8221; <\/strong>(<em>website<\/em>\u00a0https:\/\/goldmanbanc.com);<\/li>\n<li><strong>&#8220;Pro Star&#8221; <\/strong>(<em>website<\/em>\u00a0www.ictrades.co);<\/li>\n<li><strong>&#8220;New Traders Holdings&#8221; <\/strong>(<em>website<\/em>\u00a0www.newtradersholdings-fx.com).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The number of websites blacked out since July 2019, when Consob got the power to order that the websites of fraudulent financial intermediaries be blacked out, has thus risen to\u00a0<strong>431<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The measures adopted by Consob can be consulted on the website <a href=\"https:\/\/www.consob.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.consob.it<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The black-out of these websites by Internet service providers operating on Italian territory is ongoing.
