Bank of Italy provides some guidance on actions to be made to the detection schemes and to the codes system that banks and SIM are required to adopt for the production of their regulatory periodic reports, on an individual and consolidated basis.
The provisions take effect from the accounting date of March 31, 2015.
In its Communication of April 16, 2015, the Supervisory Authority also highlights the changes to the schemes and the system resulting from the upgrades of Circular no. 272 “Matrix of accounts” and n. 115 “Instructions for preparing supervisory reports on a consolidated basis.”
