The Bank of Italy has published in the Official Gazette the 35th update of the Circular no. 285

On 15^th July 2021, the Bank of Italy has published in the Official Gazette the 35th update of the Circular no. 285 of 17^th December 2003 «supervisory provisions for the banks».

The document contains the supervisory provisions for the banks and it transposes the European Directive regarding the loans to the representatives and to their related parties.
