New version of the Consolidated Law on Banking (TUB)

The Bank of Italy has published a new version of Consolidated Law on Banking TUB (Legislative decree No. 385/1993).

Regarding the Legislative decree No. 147/2020, same items in the document “Codice della crisi d’impresa e dell’insolvenza” (Legislative decree No. 14/2019) have been modified and integrated: notion of crisis, the alert procedure, the restructuring and agreements,  the arrangement with creditors, the register of operators crisis and the composition of the crisis bodies.
