The Reporting of the Consultation about provisions of the Bank of the Italy regarding “The Corporate governance of Bank and Banking Groups”
The Bank of the Italy has published the Reporting of the Consultation about provisions regarding “The Corporate governance of Bank and Banking Groups” (Circular no. 285/2013; crf part I, Title IV, Chapter 1).
The consultation has been proposed to stakeholders like Banks and Banking Groups to align European Directive, providing a solid Corporate governance of Bank and Banking Groups.
The Reporting responds to requests for clarification and ten participant is to (some of them anonymously) attended the consultation.
